AbstractThe global demand for food is expected to rise significantly by 2050, placing immense pressure on agricultural systems. Smart agriculture, powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), offers innovative solutions for enhancing crop productivity, minimizing resource wastage, and ensuring sustainability. This research investigates the role of AI in precision farming, crop disease detection, yield prediction, and automated irrigation. A machine learning-based predictive model for crop yield estimation is developed and evaluated on real-world agricultural datasets. The results show that AI-driven techniques can improve crop productivity while reducing input costs, making agriculture more sustainable and efficient.
